Dime Basketball Club's founding emerged from identifying significant gaps in regional youth basketball. Our founders observed that existing clubs too often prioritized profit margins over athlete development. Rather than accepting the status quo, this recognition motivated creating an alternative approach that puts ethical youth talent development at the center of everything we do.

A Mission Born from Passion

"Dime was founded by a group of disgruntled dads" — and we wear that label with pride. Our dissatisfaction with the status quo wasn't mere complaining; it drove a mission that refocuses youth basketball on the athletes themselves. We prioritize long-term growth over immediate results, character development alongside skill building, and recognizing potential regardless of financial considerations.
